Formulation Operator Novozymes is looking for a Formulation Operator to join our facility in Blair to operate Formulation processing equipment, overhead crane, and other yard vehicles used in the formulation of industrial enzyme bulk loads. You will operate and troubleshoot equipment and our process, while making recommendations for improving yields and throughput. This position will also assist in planning batch flows and equipment utilization to avoid plant bottlenecks. What it takes:
