A Successful Celebration with Nebraska's Women in STEM

On Oct. 16, Bio Nebraska celebrated its third annual Celebrating Women in STEM luncheon at The Empire Room in Omaha, Nebraska.

The event kicked off with a networking opportunity for attendees, then transitioned to the luncheon program that featured keynote speakers Nancy Williams, No More Empty Pots, and Shonna Dorsey, Mutual of Omaha and MindSet, LLC.

Also during the program, emceed by Cathy Lang of the Nebraska Business Development Center, Bio Nebraska announced that it has partnered with ICAN to host an Emotional Intelligence Workshop exclusively for Nebraska’s women in STEM. The workshop will be held on Jan. 23, 2020, with more details to be announced soon.
