Bio Nebraska announced today that four Directors have been re-elected to the Board for an additional three-year term, beginning on January 1, 2026.
Bio Nebraska’s re-elected Directors include:
- Billy Hagstrom, CEO & Co-Founder, Bluestem Biosciences
- Niraj Patel, Senior Director of Global Genomics Operations, Neogen
- Genevieve Plumadore, Director of State Government Affairs, Bristol Myers Squibb
- Amanda Wilson, Technology Manager, Novonesis




“We are grateful to have these Directors re-elected to the Bio Nebraska Board for another three-year term,” said Rob Owen, Executive Director of Bio Nebraska. “Over the past several years, they have brought deep industry knowledge, thoughtful leadership, and a strong understanding of Nebraska’s bioscience ecosystem to the Board. Their experience across diverse sectors has helped guide our strategic direction, strengthen our advocacy, and advance the work we do on behalf of members across the state. We look forward to building on that momentum in the years ahead.”
Bio Nebraska’s Board of Directors consists of 19 Directors who represent industries across Nebraska’s biosciences including healthcare, pharmaceutical and medical device; food, agriculture and animal health; and industrial and environmental biotech. Directors include four representatives from the University of Nebraska system and one from the Nebraska Department of Economic Development.
