Novozymes, a member of Bio Nebraska, announced on their Q2 2021 Earnings Conference Call on August 12, 2021 that they have committed to a $316 million investment in Blair, Neb. to produce plant-based products.
The construction will start very soon and we anticipate the facility to be completed before the end of 2023. While the majority of the investment activities are planned for 2022 and ’23, approximately DKK 300 million ($316 million) is expected in 2021.
