Lite Development is a team of strategic partners, from civil engineers to general contractors, executive operating officers and development project managers. We are in pursuit of building one of the top development firms in the Midwest. Currently, we have approximately 300 housing units in Omaha, Neb. in the pipeline, and now have a team focused on serving industrial and bio manufacturing users and businesses.
